When did you know which house will be yours?

Around mid June 2006. When I first started working they only had 3 houses up. In the hottest month of the summer they had this thing called "blitz build". They recruited volunteers from all over the country. They had church groups sending down 300 people a day. A whole row of 20 houses got put up in one month. About mid June we knew which house will be ours and we started working on it. About 100 hours you have to spend on your house. I helped putting the walls up, nailed hurricane straps and did a lot of caulking and painting.
